Codetta Choirs will very often perform in circumstances where an official photographer or cameras are present, e.g. the International Choir Festival or concerts such as Codetta Sings Christmas, or when generating publicity material for the choirs. Could you please indicate below your permission for your son/daughter to be included in such photos or recordings?
Health and Safety
In the event of the choirs travelling to music festivals or participating in residentials, we will issue comprehensive information in relation to same. In the context of the regular weekly rehearsals, could you please let us know if there are any health issues that we should be made aware of?
